PHASE 2 (approximately 4 months): This Phase is
designed to establish a pattern and program of on-going sobriety. The

Attend three 12-Step meetings per week (obtain an
NA/AA home group and a sponsor; complete Steps 2, 3, and 4).
Random urinalysis testing at least three times each
Continued full-time employment or school.
Pay $20.00 per week into the Drug Court program and
contribute toward court-ordered fines and court costs, depending on
participant's ability to pay.
Recreation and fellowship.
Community service as directed by the court.
Advancement from Phase 2 to Phase 3 can only occur
after participant has been in Phase 2 for a minimum of 13 weeks and
has tested negative with no failure to test for 45 days prior to phase
advancement. The entire drug court team evaluates appropriateness of
the transition to Phase 3.

well as identifying and developing community resources that will
enhance and expand the effectiveness of the Drug Court program.
